No. As long as we have access to your yard there is no need for you to be home. We ensure gates are closed both on entry and exit of the property.

You will receive an automated text message when we are on the way. You can also receive a message when the job is complete or if there is a schedule interruption.

This depends on the weather. We will scoop in the rain but if we determine the rain is too heavy to safely scoop then we will reschedule your service for another day during the week. Thunder and lightning are also deal breakers, as well as hurricanes.
