How does billing work?
We prebill on the first of each month. You receive an email and can also view the invoice in the client portal. A card is preferred but checks are acceptable as well.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as we have access to your yard there is no need for you to be home. We ensure gates are closed both on entry and exit of the property.
How do I know my yard was serviced?
You will receive an automated text message when we are on the way. You can also receive a message when the job is complete or if there is a schedule interruption.
Do you scoop in the rain?
This depends on the weather. We will scoop in the rain but if we determine the rain is too heavy to safely scoop then we will reschedule your service for another day during the week. Thunder and lightning are also deal breakers, as well as hurricanes.

Yes, we have general liability coverage, commercial auto coverage, and workers compensation coverage.
